By accepting the transfer of code or domain from iTBhima Technologies, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- No Liability for Modifications
- Once the code has been transferred, iTBhima Technologies is not responsible for any modifications made by the recipient or any third party.
- Security and Performance Disclaimer
- iTBhima Technologies does not guarantee the security, stability, or performance of the code after transfer. Any vulnerabilities, bugs, or inefficiencies arising post-transfer are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Domain Transfer
- If a domain is transferred, iTBhima Technologies is not responsible for its renewal, DNS settings, or any technical issues that arise after the transfer.
- The recipient is responsible for ensuring proper domain management post-transfer.
- Website Deployment Charges
- iTBhima Technologies provides the source code only.
- If website deployment services are required, they will be chargeable separately. The recipient must agree to the deployment charges before any service is provided.
- No Ongoing Support or Maintenance
- Unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate contract, iTBhima Technologies does not provide ongoing support, updates, or maintenance for the transferred code or domain.
- Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- The recipient must ensure compliance with any applicable licensing terms or agreements related to the transferred code or domain.
- Indemnification
- The recipient agrees to indemnify and hold iTBhima Technologies harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, modification, or distribution of the code or domain.
By proceeding with the code or domain transfer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
